Is it possible to have access for more than one user at my dealership or to set up access for multiple locations? Yes. Multiple logins can be created for individual dealerships or dealerships with more than one location.
How quickly will new products and price updates be displayed on the website? The data on the online system pulls from the company order processing system, so it is updated as soon as the new products or price updates are added. By utilizing the online system, you know you will always have the most current pricing available.
Can I make a change to the WEB order once the order has been placed and an e-mail confirmation has been received? Once the order has been placed, the only way to make a change to the order is to contact your assigned customer service representative. As long as the item has not shipped, a change can be made. Remember, changes can be made to the order anytime by viewing the shopping cart before placing the order.
Does the track order button provide shipping information? At this time, the track order button allows you to track orders placed in your order history.
Are inventory levels available to be viewed in the online ordering system? Current inventory levels are not able to be viewed in the system but are being considered as an option for a future upgrade.
How can I contact my Customer Service Representative? Select the Contact Customer Support tab to display contact information by state for each Territory Manager, Inside Sales and Wholegoods Customer Support Representatives. E-mails can be directly generated from this section.
